We found Sydney Cellular on the web and from the start they have been nothing but helpful. We have over 100 devices in the field and the repair rate is quite high. Everything John, Rebecca and the team do for us is of the highest standard, the turn around time is fast and the prices competitive. Telstra had told us to write off 11 of our devices, the team here fixed them for us and at a great price. You wont find a better service in Sydney, I know I looked! Very highly recommended! Julianne

Today, I collected my mobile phone from Sydney Cellular Repairs in the city on Casltereagh Street. I was afraid that my recent purchase (HTC Desire Hd) was going to cost more then the phone to repair, but luckily that was not the case. There staff did an absolutely amazing job on my phone, I cant be more happy about it. She required a full housing replacement, and I honestly cannot tell the difference now from when I first opened her box (a week before the accident, yes unlucky!) I cannot recommend their services enough, so so pleased! Was also exceptionally please with their customer service too, polite and understanding. I went in to the shop today to have my phone unlocked and the service was excellent the staff are so helpful and friendly. They are also very reasonably priced and cheap compared to other places. They fixed my problem in under 30 minutes and I would highly recommend this business to everyone!! If I ever need this kind of service again I will defiantly go back to them every time

I was having a nightmare of a time trying to locate a replacement charger for my HTC Windows Phone that i had lost. Went to alot of shops where I was treated to bad customer service and was sold very low quality charges without the data transfer cable. Found Sydney Cellular Repairs online and paid a visit. They not only provided me with a great replacement charger but also tested it out to make sure it worked. Great customer service. and on top of all of this gave a discount on the charger as well!!! I recently visited Sydney Cellular Repairs and found John and his staff to be really helpful. they kept in contact while my phone was getting fixed. They knew exactly what the problem was as soon as they opened it up and i wasnt given the run around like previous places ive been to. Good Morning,On Monday of this week I had the privilege of experiencing Sydney Cellular’s  first class service.I visited your business to have a new Home Key and Screen Saver installed on my iPhone 4.When I collected the phone, the problem with the Home Key wasn’t resolved, so I returned to your offices and your technician took the time to resolve the problem.The Sydney Cellular personnel with whom I dealt were extremely pleasant, helpful, thoroughly  professional and went the ‘extra mile’ to ensure my iPhone problem was resolved. 

During my somewhat long wait I witnessed the manner in which a range of customers were treated in person and telephonically and in all cases your personnel were courteous and helpful and their goal was clearly to assist in any way possible to provide exemplary customer service.It was an absolute delight utilising the services of your business.
